Return
Products returned to us due to defects are immediately replaced without cost for the customer
Please notify us either by calling 210-5710140, 210-5720900 or e-mail at pharmacy@sikalias.gr
In case of non-defective product, they may be returned if:
- a) The date of receipt of the return products does not exceed three days after the day of purchase
- - Please notify us by calling (0030-2105710140, 0030-2105720900) or email (pharmacy@sikalias.gr), and
- b) that the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition.
In this case, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.
Unable to do not accept return of non- defective items, cooler Products, special orders and baby food and milk.
The same terms and conditions occur also in the case of our physical location. Additionally in this case we do not accept return of medicines and compounding preparations.
